		<description>I think there is an opportunity for whichever country can come up with
(i) a robust set of standardised documentation for SPE's, and
(ii) a legislative framework to support same, and
(iii) a special dispute express resolution procedure for same.

I believe that the EU is making moves towards standardisation which could make this an easier opportunity.   Would I be correct in saying that English probably has primacy in SPE structures?   Does anyone in banking or industry see an opportunity here?</description>
