    It seems the message is this time it is not different!! Clever title as it will attract those inclined think that this time it is different.

    Does anyone know if this an easy read for the non-economist?

    @zhou: it looks like the sort of thing a reader like you would enjoy. Not anecdotal like Manias, Panics and Crashes — lots of numbers and analysis in it, lots of very interesting insights, but so far nothing in it that is particularly technical. Thus far I am very impressed.
