I can only rehearse the comment I made when it first appeared:

As usual the recommendation from this source is spend, spend, spend, but only under the initiative, direction or control of the totally virtuous, omniscient, omnipotent “state”.

Let’s cascade gallons of new wine in to the old wineskins. With the cost of living 26% above the Euro Area average and actual individual consumption will below that of our peers all of these wonderful proposals are totally futile and wasteful until the underlying dysfunction in the microeconomy is remedied.
