It upsets them even if it is from Independent Agencies. So you can expect the usual reasons why the figures are wrong and wait for the Cynic of Oz to wake up in a few hours !!!! Considering a general improvement in the world economy is the one thing we are hoping will put a bit of wind in our sails this is excellent news. @TRP.
