If you have been watching this site you will know by now that the Cynics here do not like “Good” news. It upsets them even if it is from Independent Agencies. So you can expect the usual reasons why the figures are wrong and wait for the Cynic of Oz to wake up in a few hours !!!!

Considering a general improvement in the world economy is the one thing we are hoping will put a bit of wind in our sails this is excellent news.

Notice how it is reported …. in Canada. I doubt it will be reported in USA. They will only get good news! Self-delusion is unforgiveable. Deluding others is a fraud on them, as they will waste money. Perhaps we can call such people “Berties”? Did he not link suicide to accurate predictions?
